Overview
EG3033 is a cost-effective three-phase PMOS/NMOS gate driver IC with integrated LDO, dead-time control circuit, undervoltage lockout circuit, latch circuit, and output driver circuit, designed for motor controller and power supply drive applications. EG3033 operates over a supply voltage range of 6V~36V with quiescent current less than 1mA. The IC integrates a 5V output LDO to power external MCU and other devices. When the input voltage exceeds 12V, to better match P/N MOS transistors, the maximum LO output voltage is 11V and the minimum HO output voltage is VCC minus 11V. LO output current capability is 10±0.045/0.28A; HO output current capability is |O±0.26/0.04Aₑ.
