Overview
EG3034 is a cost-effective three-phase PMOS/NMOS gate driver IC with integrated LDO, dead-time control, undervoltage lockout, latch circuit, and output driver circuitry, designed for motor controller and power supply drive applications. The supply voltage range is 6V to 36V with quiescent current below 1mA. The IC integrates a 5V output LDO to power external MCU and other devices. When the input voltage exceeds 12V, to better match P/N MOSFETs, the LO output maximum voltage is clamped to 11V and the HO output minimum voltage is VCC minus 11V. LO output current capability IO+/- is 0.045/0.28A; HO output current capability IO+/- is 0.26/0.04A.
