Overview
EG3035 is a cost-effective three-phase PMOS/NMOS gate driver IC with integrated LDO, dead-time control, undervoltage lockout, latch circuit, and output drive circuitry, designed for motor controller and power supply drive applications. The supply voltage range is 6V to 36V, with quiescent current consumption below 1mA. An integrated 5V LDO provides power to external devices such as MCUs. When the input voltage exceeds 12V, to better match P/N MOSFETs, the maximum output voltage of LO is 11V, and the minimum output voltage of HO is VCC minus 11V. The LO output current capability is IO+/- 0.045/0.28A, and the HO output current capability is IO+/- 0.26/0.04A.
