The ETA5071 is a fixed output voltage, low dropout, low quiescent current linear regulator featuring an ultra-low quiescent current as low as 1µA. The device supports input voltages up to 7V and delivers 300mA output current. As such, the ETA5071 is an ideal power solution for low-power applications including IoT, wearables, and fingerprint locks. The device is available in DFN1x1-4 and SOT23-5 packages.
