Overview
High-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC with two independent channels. Integrates high- and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and other protection features with high-current pulse output capability. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic levels as low as 3.3V, with a maximum output current of 4A and a floating channel operating voltage up to 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and similar devices.
