Overview
FAN7391 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side driver series IC featuring two independent transmission channels with logic ground separated from power ground, providing better isolation of power-stage noise from logic circuits. It integrates protection circuits including high- and low-side UVLO and overvoltage clamp circuits, with high-current pulse output capability. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V, with a maximum output current of 4A and a maximum floating-channel operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices. The FAN7391 is available in an SOP-14 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
