Overview
FD2203S is a half-bridge gate driver IC designed for high-voltage, high-speed driving of N-type power MOSFETs, operating at voltages up to +250V. Built-in UVLO protection prevents power transistors from operating under excessively low voltages, improving efficiency. Built-in input signal filtering prevents input noise interference. Built-in shoot-through prevention and dead-time control protect against shoot-through conditions, effectively safeguarding power devices.
