Overview
The FDL6206 series is a CMOS step-down voltage regulator featuring high ripple rejection, low power consumption, low dropout, and overcurrent/short-circuit protection. The device offers an extremely low quiescent current (typical 3.0μA), delivering 300mA output current with good regulation even at very small input-to-output voltage differentials. Due to the minimal dropout voltage and ultra-low quiescent current, these devices are ideally suited for battery-powered products requiring extended battery life, such as computers, consumer products, and industrial equipment. Output voltage is selectable from 1.2V to 5V. The FLD6206 series is available in SOT23-3 and SOT89 packages.
