FR9850FS6

FR9850F is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter featuring Fast Constant On-Time (FCOT) mode control. The device offers an input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and 2A continuous load current capability. It is a constant on-time PWM controller with FCOT mode control, where the operating frequency depends on the input and output voltage conditions. FR9850F protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limiting, short-circuit protection, UVLO, and thermal shutdown. A soft-start function prevents inrush current during startup. With FCOT control, the FR9850F delivers fast transient response, noise immunity, and compatibility with a wide variety of very low-ESR output capacitors to ensure stable performance. The device is available in a SOT-23-6 package with excellent thermal conductivity.
