Overview
FS256AQ is a high-performance, high-reliability high-voltage half-bridge intelligent power module integrating two 600V/5A fast-recovery power MOSFETs and a high-voltage half-bridge gate driver circuit, primarily designed for small-power motor drives such as fans, blowers, and pumps. The module features built-in VCC/VBS undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection to prevent the power transistors from operating at excessively low voltages, as well as built-in input filtering and shoot-through prevention to guard against input noise interference. In addition, it adopts a QFN-7×7 package, offering an extremely compact footprint that is easy to use and particularly suitable for motor-integrated and space-constrained installations.
