Overview

The FT6208 is a fully integrated motor driver solution designed for consumer products, toys, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. This device drives a single brushed DC motor, consisting of power PMOS and NMOS transistors, with integrated forward/reverse/stop/brake four-quadrant control functions. The FT6208 supports a maximum operating voltage of 7.2V, continuous current of 1.3A, and peak current of 2.5A. It also integrates protection features including over-temperature protection and undervoltage lockout (UVLO).
