G2060

The G2060 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC, fabricated using a process compatible with both high- and low-voltage operation to enable monolithic integration of the high- and low-side gate drive circuits. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The outputs provide high-current pulse capability and cross-conduction prevention dead-time logic. The floating channel can be used to drive a high-side N-channel power MOSFET, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 250V. The G2060 is available in a TSSOP20 package and is rated for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
