Overview
G2061 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC, fabricated using a high-low voltage compatible process that enables monolithic integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits, with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V. The outputs feature high-current pulse capability and shoot-through prevention dead-time logic. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 250V, requiring an external bootstrap circuit. Both high-side and low-side channels incorporate undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection. The G2061 is available in a TSSOP20 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
