G2063

A high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC, implemented in a high-low voltage compatible process for single-chip integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits, with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V. The output stage features high-current pulse capability and shoot-through prevention deadtime logic. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of 250V. Packaged in TSSOP20, operating temperature range -40~125°C.
