G2063

G2063 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC, fabricated using a high-low voltage compatible process that enables monolithic integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels, with logic inputs compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic levels as low as 3.3V. The outputs provide high-current pulse capability with anti-shoot-through dead-time logic. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 250V; this floating channel requires an external bootstrap circuit. In addition, G2063 incorporates undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection on both the high-side and low-side. G2063 is available in a TSSOP20 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
