Overview
G2063Q is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC, fabricated with a high-low voltage compatible process that enables monolithic integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The G2063Q logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The outputs provide high-current pulse capability and shoot-through prevention dead-time logic. The floating channel of the G2063Q can be used to drive a high-side N-channel power MOSFET, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of +250V. The G2063Q is available in a QFN4X4-24 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
