Overview
G2063Q is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side driver IC, fabricated using a high-low voltage compatible process that enables monolithic integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits, with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V. The outputs feature high-current pulse capability and shoot-through prevention dead-time logic. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 250V, requiring an external bootstrap circuit. Both high-side and low-side channels incorporate undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection. The device is offered in a QFN4X4-24 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
