Overview
GP7596XX is a high-performance synchronous rectification power switch designed to replace the secondary-side Schottky diode in flyback converters, featuring an ultra-low on-resistance power MOSFET to improve system efficiency. The device supports both "floating ground" and "common ground" synchronous rectification topologies, and is compatible with DCM, QR, and CCM operating modes. An integrated high-voltage VCC supply module eliminates the need for a VCC auxiliary winding, reducing system cost, with built-in VCC UVLO protection. The product is available in a SOP8 package.
