Overview
GP7596XX is a high-performance synchronous rectification power switch designed to replace the secondary-side Schottky diode in flyback converters. It integrates an ultra-low on-resistance power MOSFET to improve system efficiency. The device supports both "floating ground" and "common ground" synchronous rectification topologies, as well as DCM, QR, and CCM operating modes. An integrated high-voltage VCC supply module eliminates the need for a VCC auxiliary winding, reducing system cost. The device also features built-in VCC undervoltage protection and is available in an SOP8 package.
