Overview
GR3115 is a cost-effective half-bridge gate driver IC designed for high-voltage, high-speed driving of N-type high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. The built-in UVLO protection prevents power transistors from operating at excessively low voltages, improving efficiency. Built-in shoot-through prevention and dead-time control protect against shoot-through conditions, effectively safeguarding power devices. Widely used in brushless motor controller circuits.
