Overview
The GR61CNxx series is a high-precision, low-power voltage detector IC manufactured using CMOS process technology and laser trimming. The GR61CNxx series is minimally affected by temperature drift characteristics, achieving high voltage detection accuracy. The GR61CNxx series offers two output modes: CMOS and N-channel open-drain.
