Overview

Single Schmitt-trigger inverter designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The GS1G14 contains one inverter that performs the Boolean function Y = Ā. The device operates as a stand-alone inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs, providing different input threshold levels for rising-edge (VT+) and falling-edge (VT-) signals to deliver hysteresis (ΔVT), enabling the device to tolerate slow or noisy input signals. The device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down. The GS1G14 is available in a green SC70-5 package. Operating ambient temperature range: -40°C to +125°C.
