Overview
GS8709/GS8712 is an ultra-low power comparator with internal hysteresis, optimized for 3V or 5V supply systems. The device features high-speed response, low power consumption, low input offset voltage, and rail-to-rail input and output range. Propagation delay is 6μs (100mV overdrive), and supply current per comparator is 325nA. The internal input hysteresis eliminates output switching caused by internal input noise voltage. Maximum input offset voltage is 3mV, and the operating voltage range is 1.4V to 5.5V. All devices operate over a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
