Overview
The H7605 series is a high-precision, low-power, three-terminal positive voltage regulator fabricated using CMOS and laser trimming technology. This series delivers high output current with an extremely low dropout voltage. The H7605 incorporates a current limiting circuit, a driver transistor, a precision voltage reference, and an error correction circuit. This series is compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors. The foldback circuit of the current limiter serves both as short-circuit protection for the output pin and as an output current limiter. The output voltage is selectable from 1.2V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments.
