Overview
HD6288 is an integrated three-channel independent half-bridge gate driver IC designed for high-voltage, high-speed driving of MOSFETs and IGBTs, capable of operating at voltages up to +250V. The HD6288 features built-in VCC/VBS undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection, preventing power devices from operating under excessively low voltage conditions. The HD6288 incorporates built-in shoot-through prevention and dead-time control to prevent shoot-through of the driven high-side and low-side MOSFETs or IGBTs, effectively protecting the power devices. The HD6288 also features built-in input signal filtering to suppress input noise interference.
