Overview
HD8023 is a power driver IC featuring two independent power driver circuits. Its outputs connect directly to relay coils, enabling magnetic latching relay contact closure and release under the control of input logic signal levels. The application circuit requires no external discrete components, offering the advantages of compact size, low power consumption, and high reliability. HD8023 is available in SOP-8 and SOT23-6 packages.
