Overview
An IC integrating three independent half-bridge gate driver circuits, designed for high-voltage, high-speed driving of MOSFETs and IGBTs, capable of operating at voltages up to +250V. Built-in VCC/VBS undervoltage lockout protection prevents power devices from operating under low-voltage conditions; integrated shoot-through prevention circuitry and dead-time control effectively prevent shoot-through in the driven high-side and low-side MOSFETs or IGBTs, thereby protecting power devices. Additionally, the IC features built-in input signal filtering to suppress input noise interference.
