HGX3076EIM/TR

HGX3070E – HGX3078E are +3.3V powered RS-485/RS-422 transceivers with ±16kV ESD protection. Featuring a failsafe circuit, the receiver outputs a logic high when the receiver inputs are open or shorted, or when all drivers connected to a terminated bus are disabled. The entire series supports hot-swap capability, eliminating bus fault transients during power-up or hot insertion. HGX3070E – HGX3075E feature slew-rate-limited drivers to reduce EMI and reflections caused by improperly terminated cables, enabling error-free data transmission at up to 500kbps; HGX3076E/HGX3077E/HGX3078E drivers are not slew-rate limited, supporting data rates up to 16Mbps. HGX3072E/HGX3075E/HGX3078E are designed for half-duplex communication; HGX3070E/HGX3071E/HGX3073E/HGX3074E/HGX3076E/HGX3077E are designed for full-duplex communication. All devices feature 1/8 unit load receiver input impedance, allowing up to 256 transceivers on the bus.
