Overview
HT1621BTR-TD is a peripheral device used to expand the I/O ports of MCU. The display matrix is 32x4, and it is a 128-dot matrix memory-mapped multi-function LCD driver circuit. The software features of HT1621BTR-TD make it suitable for LCD display applications, including LCD modules and display subsystems. The interface between the main controller and HT1621BTR-TD only requires 3 or 4 ports. The Power down command can reduce power consumption.
