HX65HVD06EIDRG

HX65HVD05, HX75HVD05, HX65HVD06, HX75HVD06, HX65HVD07, and HX75HVD07 combine a three-state differential line driver with a differential line receiver. They are designed for balanced data transmission and are interoperable with devices compliant with ANSI TIA/EIA-485-A and ISO 8482E standards. The driver is designed to provide a higher differential output voltage than required by these standards to increase noise margin. The driver and receiver feature active-high and active-low enable inputs, respectively, which can be connected together externally for use as direction control. The driver differential output and receiver differential input are internally connected to form a differential I/O bus port, which is designed to present a minimum load to the bus when the driver is disabled or unpowered. These devices feature a wide positive and negative common-mode voltage range, making them suitable for multipoint line applications.
