Overview
HX8833-S is a dual-bridge motor driver for toys, printers, and mechatronic equipment. It uses an H-bridge configuration built with N-channel power MOSFETs to drive two brushed DC motors, one bipolar stepper motor, solenoids, or inductive loads, with integrated current regulation. Safety features include overcurrent, short-circuit, and overtemperature protection via internal shutdown and a fault output pin. A low-power sleep mode improves energy efficiency. The device is available in a 16-pin TSSOP package with Power PAD technology.
