These devices are a series of bidirectional current sense amplifiers (also known as current shunt monitors) that can sense the voltage drop across a current sense resistor in a common-mode voltage range from -0.2V to +26V independent of the supply voltage. The INAx181-Q1 series integrates a matched resistor gain network with four fixed-gain device options: 20V/V, 50V/V, 100V/V, or 200V/V. This matched gain resistor network minimizes gain error and reduces temperature drift. These devices are powered by a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. The single-channel INA181-Q1 consumes a maximum supply current of 260μA; the dual-channel INA2181-Q1 consumes a maximum supply current of 500μA, and the quad-channel INA4181-Q1 consumes a maximum supply current of 900μA. The INA181-Q1 is available in a 6-pin SOT-23 package. The INA2181-Q1 is available in a 10-pin VSSOP package. The INA4181-Q1 is available in a 20-pin TSSOP package. All device options are rated for an extended operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Transient Current: Max. 260μA (INA181-Q1)
