INA818IDR

The INA818 is a high-precision instrumentation amplifier offering low power consumption and operation over a wide single-supply or dual-supply voltage range. Gain is set from 1 to 10000 using a single external resistor. The device achieves excellent accuracy through super-beta input transistors, which provide ultralow input offset voltage, offset voltage drift, input bias current, and input voltage and current noise. Additional circuitry provides up to ±60V overvoltage protection at the inputs. The INA818 is optimized for high CMRR, exceeding 90dB across the full input common-mode range at G = 1. The device is designed for low-voltage operation, powered by a 4.5V single supply or dual supplies up to ±18V. The INA818 is available in an 8-pin SOIC package and is rated for operation from -40°C to +125°C.
