Overview
IR2103STRPBF-HX is a high-voltage, high-speed driver designed to drive power MOSFETs and IGBTs, with output channels referenced to the high-side and low-side respectively. The device employs proprietary high-voltage IC and latch-up immune CMOS technology, delivering a robust monolithic structure. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, with logic levels down to 3.3V. The output drivers feature high-pulse-current buffer stages specifically designed to minimize shoot-through current between drivers. The floating channel enables driving of N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side configurations at operating voltages up to 600V.
