IR2110STR(UMW)

UMW IR2110STR is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET driver featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. It employs proprietary HVIC and latch-up immune CMOS technology to achieve a robust monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic levels. The output drivers incorporate high-pulse-current buffer stages designed to minimize cross-conduction in the drive stage. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs in high-side configurations at operating voltages up to 600V.
