Overview
IR44273L is a low-voltage power MOSFET and IGBT non-inverting gate driver. Proprietary latch-immune CMOS technology enables a highly robust monolithic structure. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V. The output driver features a wide VCC range, UVLO with hysteresis, and output current buffer stage. Operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
