Overview
UMW IR4427STR is a power switch driver. It features matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gates of power switches. The UMW IR4427STR exhibits high latch-up resistance under all conditions within its rated power and voltage range. When noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) appear on the ground pin, the UMW IR4427STR will not be damaged. The UMW IR4427STR can withstand reverse currents of up to 500 mA forcing its output low without causing damage or logic upset. All ports are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0 kV.
