Overview
The IRS2003S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET driver with independent high- and low-side referenced output channels. Its proprietary HVIC and latch-up immune CMOS technology enable a robust monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic levels. The output drivers feature high pulse current buffer stages designed to minimize cross-conduction in the driver. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs in high-side configurations at operating voltages up to 250V.
