Overview
UMW IRS2181STR is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET driver with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Its proprietary high-voltage IC and latch-up immune CMOS technology enable a robust monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic levels. The output drivers feature a high-pulse-current buffer stage designed to minimize cross-conduction in the driver. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs in high-side configurations, with operating voltages up to 700V.
