IRS21834STRPBF-JSM

The IRS21834S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver IC featuring two non-independent propagation channels. It integrates protection circuits including high- and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and shoot-through lockout. The device offers high-current pulse output capability, with logic inputs compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V, a maximum output current of 4A, and a floating channel maximum operating voltage of 700V. It is suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices. The IRS21834S comes in a SOP-14 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
