Overview
The IRS4427S is a power switch driver. It features matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gates of power switches. The device offers high latch-up immunity under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range. Noise spikes up to 5V (either polarity) on the ground pin will not cause damage. It can accept reverse currents up to 500mA forced back into its outputs without damage or logic upset. All terminals are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0kV.
