IX4424NTR-JSM

IX4424N is a power switch driver featuring matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gates of power switches. IX4424N exhibits high latch-up immunity under any conditions within its rated power and voltage range. IX4424N will not be damaged when noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) appear on the ground pin. IX4424N can accept reverse currents of up to 500mA forced back into its output without damage or logic upset. All terminals are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0kV. IX4424N is available in an SOP-8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
