Overview
JSM2000G is a fast, high-side N-channel MOSFET gate driver capable of operating at input voltages up to 250V. The device employs a charge architecture responsible for fully enhancing an external N-channel MOSFET switch, enabling it to remain in the on-state indefinitely. Its robust driver can easily drive large gate capacitances to achieve extremely short transition times, making it ideal for high-frequency switching applications or static switching applications requiring fast turn-on and/or turn-off times. The device is available in an SOP-8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
