JSM2092S is a high-voltage, high-performance Class-D audio amplifier driver integrating a PWM modulator and protection features, designed for high-output-power Class-D audio amplifier systems. The device integrates an analog power amplifier, PWM modulation circuit, high- and low-side overcurrent protection, anti-shoot-through dead-time logic, and three voltage domains. It adopts a flexible open-loop topology for PWM modulation, and integrates pop-click suppression during startup and shutdown to eliminate unwanted audible noise at PWM signal transitions. Combined with a power bridge circuit and a small number of passive components, a complete Class-D audio power amplifier can be realized. Operating temperature range: -40°C ~ 125°C.
