JSM2113STR

JSM2113S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC, fabricated using a process compatible with both high and low voltages, enabling monolithic integration of high- and low-side gate drive circuits. It features independent high- and low-side signal channels with logic inputs compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The outputs are capable of high-current pulse drive. The floating channel can be used to drive a high-side N-channel power MOSFET, with the floating supply offset voltage rating up to 700V. An integrated high- and low-side shutdown logic function supports on/off control under fault conditions. Offered in a wide-body SOP-16(W) package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
