JSM3085E

JSM3085E is a half-duplex high-speed transceiver for RS-485/RS-422 communications, integrating one driver and one receiver. The device provides ±15kV human body model ESD protection and incorporates a built-in failsafe circuit that maintains a logic-high output when the receiver input is open or shorted. When all drivers on a terminated, matched bus are disabled (high-impedance state), the receiver output is also held logic-high. The driver features a slew-rate-limited design to reduce EMI and minimize signal reflections caused by improper cable termination, supporting error-free data transmission at up to 2Mbps. Additionally, the receiver offers 1/8 unit load input impedance, allowing up to 256 transceivers on a single bus. The device operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃.
