Overview
JSM6287 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC, integrating both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits on a single chip using a high-voltage compatible process. The device features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Its logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V. The output stage offers high-current pulse capability with integrated dead-time logic for shoot-through prevention. The floating channel of the JSM6287 can be used to drive a high-side N-channel power MOSFET, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of +250V. The device is available in a TSSOP20 package with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
