Overview
JSM6288 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET driver featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Its proprietary high-voltage IC and latch-up resistant CMOS technology achieve a robust monolithic structure. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic levels. The output drivers employ a high-pulse-current buffer stage design to minimize driver shoot-through. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs in high-side configurations, with operating voltages up to 250V. JSM6288T1 is available in a TSSOP20 package and JSM6288Q1 in a QFN24 package, both operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
