Overview
This product features a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, low dropout, low power consumption, and a compact package. Its 2µA low quiescent current makes it particularly suitable for battery-powered systems and devices requiring extended standby operation, helping to reduce system standby power consumption and effectively extending standby time and battery life. An optional version with an EN enable pin is available; pulling the EN pin low enters shutdown mode, in which the quiescent current typically drops to 100nA. The device supports ceramic output capacitors and operates stably across the full 1.2V to 5.5V input voltage range and 0mA to 300mA output load current range.
