Overview
This product features a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, with low dropout, low power consumption, and a compact package. Its 2uA low quiescent current makes it particularly suitable for battery-powered devices and systems requiring extended standby operation, helping to reduce system standby power consumption and effectively prolonging standby time and battery life. An optional version with an EN enable pin is available; pulling the EN pin low enters shutdown mode, in which the quiescent current drops to a typical value of 100nA. Compatible with ceramic output capacitors, it operates stably across the full input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V and output load current range of 0mA to 300mA.
